IPO Intern

Crater Lake Capital Asia is a Hong Kong-based family office founded in 2023 by a team from top-tier USD funds and hedge funds. The firm covers private credit and structured equity strategies across Australia, Southeast Asia, and North Asia, while also running an active public markets book specializing in IPO anchor and cornerstone investments. Recent deals include Xizhi Technology and Mingming Hen Mang, with a strong pipeline across Hong Kong and US listings. Interns will be embedded directly in live deals, working on prospectus deep-dives, IPO valuation and pricing analysis, Pre-IPO structured equity assessment, and post-listing position monitoring. Candidates who can build AI-powered workflows, such as automated prospectus parsing, data extraction, and report generation, will be strongly prioritized and may negotiate compensation.
